How do I order leads from The Lead Source?
The process is very easy. Either fill out the short contact us form or call (760) 966-6275. We will guide you through the process. In most cases, we can have you setup and receiving leads the next day.
What is your minimum purchase?
We can get you started with as little as 50 leads. Please contact us or call (760) 966-6275 for more information.
How much do your leads cost?
That depends on the program you are interested in. We have leads for as little as $18/lead, and leads for as much as $75/lead. Please visit the products page or contact us for more information.
Can I filter my leads?
Absolutely, you can filter by State, LTV, Estimated Credit, and Loan Amount.
Can I filter by zip code?
Yes, but only with our AutoTransfer Live Call program. We filter by zip code plus a twenty mile radius.
What types of payment does The Lead Source accept?
We accept wire transfers and checks.
What type of closing ratios can I expect with your leads?
You can expect between 10% and 15% + closing ratios with our semi-exclusive single verified leads. Exclusive single verified leads convert between 5% and 10% higher. Our double verified leads, and our Live Call Referrals convert even higher.
How many lenders/brokers receive your semi-exclusive leads?
Each semi-exclusive lead is sold a maximum of three times including you.
Can I ramp my campaign up, or slow it down?
Yes. Simply give your account representative 24 hours notice.
Can I receive a specific number of leads daily?
Yes. When you order, make sure to tell your account representative how many leads per day is optimal for you.
How are leads delivered to me?
Leads are delivered via email in either a one per page or excel format. Please visit our samples page for examples.
What is your return policy?
We will credit your account if you happen to come across any bad information. Wrong #, wrong name, etc...Just return your lead with a short explanation to your account representative on Friday of that week before 5pm PST.
How does The Lead Source generate leads?
The Lead Source has recently moved away from internet generated leads. Internet leads consist of mainly ‘shoppers’ these days. We have found that leads generated using call centers are much more viable leads. Every lead you speak with will have spoken to one of our call center representatives within 24 hours. They are expecting your call.
Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
Yes, as well as the Chamber of Commerce.
