New technology broadcasts a pre-recorded message to a broad consumer base via telephone lines. The interactive recording gives the consumer the choice to speak with your insurance agents, or to be removed from our marketing lists. The message is customized for each client, and recorded in a professional setting. Simply put, the consumer has control to either Opt-In or Opt-Out of a conversation with your agents.

Literally at your fingertips, your account is accessed though our (800) number. Turn the system on, turn it off, listen to the conversations your representative’s are having with the transferred consumers, record a new message, change the phone number receiving transfers and order email reports, all by phone!
Speak to local (zip code + 20 mile radius), statewide, or national consumers. If you want your live calls to be screened twice, we have the ability to add the
intermittent message to your campaign. Using this feature will implement a second message after the consumer initially presses ‘1.’ After listening to the second screening message, they can choose to connect, or be removed.
Additionally, with the
maximum call feature, you can be sure that you will never get too many calls at one time. Before each call is transferred, the person answering will be alerted that the system is generating a transfer.
We recommend running the campaign at least twice a week, but there are no minimum usage requirements. We can even use your list(s) and will scrub them against our up to date DNC lists before your campaign starts.
